The Chamber’s Business Services Team can improve or expedite your hiring process. Area employers can work one-on-one with our staff to fill current job openings – at little or no cost – using a variety of methods. Team members can help write comprehensive job descriptions, determine minimum qualifications, and establish salary ranges based on averages in the area. All listings are screened to ensure that any applicable state or federal regulations have been met before the job is posted on the Employ Florida Marketplace – the statewide employment database.

We also have the resources to find and match the best candidate for your job. We use a variety of assessment tools including the Florida Ready to Work credentialing program to measure academic skills, computer proficiency and vocational aptitude. Our staff will screen applicants to ensure your qualifications are met.

In addition to job posting and applicant screening, FloridaWorks can help with large hiring events. We can host a job fair of any size, allowing you to see all your applicants at once. We can even provide on-site assessments and work history verification for your convenience.
